At some point in my life, everything seemed very absurd and boring, a part of me was dead and I didn't like the present. I feel that somehow when you want to wake up in this life if you want it very deeply, the universe shows you the way to be able to reach the right moments, to the people with the right things to say, to the plants that fill you with life and show you a path. It's funny that a part of me feels like I've had dreams about the moment I'm living like it's a kind of deja vu or maybe I'm dreaming and I'm still creating my world. I am Emmanuel Villalobos, a Mexican Visual Artist, in a medicinal plant ceremony in which I participated, I could see in lucid dreams how I was amazed by the sky, with life, and with things that had never had value to me. From that day on, WOAO was born, which is this emotion for the world - it is a search to see life through the eyes of a child, trying to explore, to get excited, to have fun, to cry, to jump towards all that we put aside and replaced with so much fear when we grew up. I seek to lead a life with more love in the day and in my artistic processes, I use different media and platforms, such as ceramics, rugs, muralism, and illustration to show my way of seeing life as a child. I am on a spiritual path I am still walking that goes hand in hand with medicinal plants, a journey full of dreams, messages, connection with the universe, connection with plants, with my inner child, all of which take me to states of calm within me and a need to create worlds full of dreams, which push me to create what I feel when I am connected, how I feel about being love, the thing that we all want, and that’s the answer to the million questions in my mind.
